SERVPRO of South Lubbock/Southwest Lubbock is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects and ensure top-quality service for customers. The role requires managing a construction team, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to plans and codes.

The position emphasizes leadership, organization, and effective communication. Candidates with a high school diploma/GED and prior construction management experience are encouraged to apply; PMP certification is preferred and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction management experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents.
• Manage projects as necessary.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specs, local codes, and scope requirements.
• Document each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents.
