Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field plus four (4) years construction project management experience and two (2) years of project supervisory experience.
• Associate degree in related field plus six (6) years construction project management experience and four (4) years of project supervisory experience.
• Eight (8) years construction project management experience and six (6) years of project supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new construction and major maintenance/renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Identify business strategies and align goals with Dallas College's direction.
• Conduct needs assessments and measure program effectiveness to improve client services.
• Ensure compliance with college policies and laws; promote energy efficiency in projects.
• Maintain schedules and budgets; manage contracts with architects/engineers/consultants.
