Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is a construction firm with offices across DFW, Houston, and Austin, delivering ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, multifamily, and industrial sectors. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead field supervision and client meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of construction management experience, direct field supervision, and proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred; equivalent field experience considered).
  • 6–10+ years of construction management experience with direct field supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of means, methods, and sequencing across trades.
  • Proficient with scheduling software: MS Project, Primavera, or SureTrak.
  • Completed OSHA 30 class required.
  • Basic estimating skills preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document project meetings with clients.

  • Prepare proposals and presentations.

  • Perform constructability reviews and value engineering studies.
  • Lead risk management assessments.
  • Prepare and monitor quality control and assurance plans.
  • Develop standard operating procedures.
