Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks a Construction Manager to oversee up to $10 million projects from origination to completion in New York. You will work with the Operations Manager to prepare action plans and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction/project management, BSc in Construction Management or military background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• BSc in Construction Management or military experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of construction/project management experience in New York.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, coach and create a cohesive high-performance culture with employees and contractors.
• Manage department budgets and performance targets including safety and cost controls.
• Develop and manage project plans with risk analysis and proper documentation.
• Oversee construction sites, contractors and employees to ensure quality and safety standards.
