You will partner with Real Estate, Sales, and Finance to optimize budgets and deliver projects on time and to quality standards. The role requires seven+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of related work experience.
• Leadership experience building and nurturing a team.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
• Able to partner with internal and external groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations including construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.
• Ensures the department meets customer quality standards and contracts on time.
• Hires, develops, coaches, and creates a high-performance culture.
• Reviews safety practices and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA).
• Establishes relationships with contractors and suppliers; negotiates best rates.
• Uses systems and technology tools to track and report operations.
• Works with branch real estate on new builds, relocations, safety upgrades.
• Collaborates with sales/marketing/finance on pricing for extensions.
• Oversees fleet records and maintenance.
• Represents the company at inquiries/inspections; on-call for security.
• Other duties as assigned.
