Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated leadership building and nurturing a team.
• Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations including construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.
• Ensures service standards and meets contractual obligations on time and to quality.
• Hires, develops, coaches, and creates a cohesive high-performance culture.
• Implements safe work practices, OSHA/EPA compliance, and hazard mitigation.
• Manages relationships with contractors and suppliers; negotiates rates.
• Tracks operational activities using required systems and tools.
• Coordinates with real estate for new builds, relocations, and upgrades.
• Collaborates with sales/marketing/finance on pricing and campaigns.
• Oversees budgeting, planning, and performance measurement.
• Oversees fleet, cranes, and equipment maintenance; represents the company when needed.
• Serves as on-call contact for building security and emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
