Position Overview

We are looking for a Construction Manager III (MODS). Pay range: $90,000 to $120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of telecom projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed during construction activities.
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management regarding progress and any potential issues or delays.
• Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before beginning construction activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including budgets, schedules, materials used, etc.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred but not required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role managing telecom construction projects preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations for telecom construction sites is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
