Job summary

Zunch Staffing in Seattle, WA is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead a 5G tower crew responsible for buildout, maintenance, and repair. You will work at ground and tower-top locations up to 500 feet, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Safety is a core priority and you will mentor field staff while coordinating with Operations and Construction teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication, reports skills, and proficiency with Windows environments; RF Safety/OSHA training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wireless tower crew in the buildout, maintenance, and repair of 5G networks.

• Maintain and repair network equipment, including upgrades.
• Collaborate with Network Operations and Construction teams.
• Implement and enforce all safety processes on site; lead incident response when necessary.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis at each site.
• File rigging plans with tower companies.
• Provide training and mentorship to field employees per customer guidelines.
• Travel up to 100% of the time.
• Track daily duties and time.

Position Details

We are looking for a Tower Foreman. Pay range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Base hourly rates for technicians incorporate mileage compensation (50 miles = 1 hour).

Essential Physical Requirements

• Operate computer mouse, keyboard, and other office equipment.
• Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
• Lift/move up to 80 lbs routinely; up to 125 lbs for short distances or bulky objects.
• Meet maximum weight requirements of 250 lbs and a waist size of 60 inches for PPE usage.
• Wear up to 30 lbs of PPE and tools continuously on the tower.

Essential Sensory Requirements

• Talk to and hear other employees regularly.
• Communicate face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via chat.
• Comprehend clear and detailed instructions and respond appropriately.
• Maintain close and distance vision, adjust focus, read documents, and identify letters, numbers, and symbols in a technical environment.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience working on communication towers exceeding 300 feet.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Work authorization (required).
• Maintain industry certifications: RF Safety Certificate, OSHA 10/OSHA 30, NWSA, CPR/First Aid.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
