Seeking a Construction Manager II (CM2)
Location: Orlando, FL
Job Description
- 2-6 years field experience in construction or construction management.
- Must be able to read plans and specifications.
- Perform Construction Inspection and Construction Management duties on projects assigned. Able to lead project inspection on multiple projects.
- Able to direct inspectors and field staff.
- Able to work with Engineers on projects during construction.
- Able to communicate with Clients, Contractor ad Engineers.
- Complete Daily Construction Reports and other documentation as assigned by Construction Manager.
- Assist Construction Manager as assigned.
- Ability to understand budgets and cost assignments.
- Willing to attend outside training – OSHA, ACI, Etc.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- All duties of Construction Manager 1.

Job Requirements
- 2 - 6 Years’ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in Engineering or Construction Management and Engineering in Training or Construction Management Manager in Training (EIT or CMIT) from the appropriate state agency or CMAA or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment, or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to use Microsoft Programs and others as assigned
- Willing to Travel
