Overview

Construction developer seeking a dedicated construction manager with 12+ years of management experience. Responsible for ground-up multifamily projects ranging from $50M to $70M.

Compensation

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr. Additional benefits include a very competitive annual bonus, unlimited PTO, and profit sharing.

Project Details

• Focus on multifamily projects from $50M-$70M, including college housing and conventional multifamily
• Approximately 5-6 new projects per year
• Project types vary from concrete work, wood frame, to structural steel
• Projects located nationwide with minimal travel (1-2 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire project process from development, managing general contractors
• Maintain open communication with contractors, peers, and executives
• Manage third-party general contractors to streamline workflow
• Demonstrate a smart, driven work ethic to meet expectations

Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years management experience with a GC or developer
• Successful completion of 2-3 multifamily projects
• Willingness to relocate near company headquarters
• Experience with projects valued from $50M-$70M
