Job summary

Turnaround Communications, Inc. (TACI) seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead aerial and underground OSP fiber projects in the Lake Tahoe region. You will oversee field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, customer liaison, and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on fiber optic deployment experience and strong leadership in utility construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction management or supervisory experience in telecommunications, CATV, fiber optic, or OSP construction.
• Knowledge of fiber optic deployment methodologies.
• Experience with aerial and underground construction, restoration, crew management, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aerial and underground fiber optic construction projects in assigned markets.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and field supervisors to meet customer specs and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and productivity reports.
