Turn Around Communications, Inc. (TACI) seeks a Senior Area OSP Construction Manager to lead large-scale fiber construction operations in the Denver market.

You will supervise field teams, subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OSP fiber construction management, strong leadership, and experience with microtrenching, underground, and aerial deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OSP fiber construction management experience.
• Experience with microtrenching, underground and/or aerial fiber projects.
• Knowledge of OSP construction methods, safety, permitting, restoration, and quality.

Turn Around Communications, Inc. (TACI) is a national telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and digital infrastructure services provider supporting fiber optic networks, OSP deployments, utility construction, and mission-critical infrastructure projects throughout the United States.

TACI is seeking an experienced Senior Area OSP Construction Manager to lead large-scale fiber construction operations throughout the Denver market. This position requires strong field leadership and hands‑on knowledge of microtrenching, underground construction, aerial construction, and fiber infrastructure deployment.

Position Overview

The Senior Area OSP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple OSP construction projects, field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and customer deliverables.

This is a senior field leadership position for someone who understands how to drive production, safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across multiple active construction sites.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of OSP telecommunications or fiber construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing microtrenching, underground and/or aerial fiber construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSP construction methods, safety requirements, permitting, restoration, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, production performance, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal operations teams.
• Monitor daily production and proactively resolve construction obstacles, delays, and resource issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale broadband or fiber deployment programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications.
• PMP or equivalent project/construction management certification.
• Experience with construction and project management software.
