Job summary

Turnaround Communications in Madera, CA is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee all aspects of aerial and underground OSP fiber optic projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on telecommunications construction experience, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to communicate with customers and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction management or supervisory roles in telecommunications, CATV, fiber optic, or OSP work.
• Experience with aerial and underground fiber deployment.
• Strong leadership and field-ops coordination skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage aerial and underground fiber optic construction projects.
• Oversee daily operations for field crews, subcontractors, and supervisors.
• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, engineering standards, and company requirements.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment usage, and production goals.
• Perform field safety audits and quality inspections.
