ASR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager to participate in all phases of the contract modification process and to manage the review and analysis of contractor plans, submittals, and performance on USACE projects. • Experience with federal construction projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to participate in all phases of contract modification.

Responsibilities

• Manage review of contractor plans, schedules, and technical submittals; provide recommendations to COR.
• Assist in preparation of scopes of work, IGEs, and modification documentation.
• Monitor schedule progress and advise of potential delays.
• Support RFI and submittal responses and payment estimate preparation.
