Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC (DGS) is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning, design, budgeting, and construction at customer sites in the United States and overseas.

The role requires travel up to 75%, supervising trades, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with security requirements. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required; a Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years leading construction teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10+ years leading construction crews.
• 10+ years' experience in construction/renovation of facilities, including federal projects.
• Experience with planning, design, budgeting and coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Experience constructing or renovating secure office spaces/SCIFs desired.
• Must have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of construction trades across the United States and overseas to meet schedules and budgets.
• Directly manage trades employees, contractors and vendors to hit milestones.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to project locations.
• Develop and maintain professional customer relationships on projects.
• Create construction document packages for internal review and bidding.
