Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC (DGS) seeks a Construction Technician to perform diverse field tasks across CONUS and OCONUS sites, and pre-construction duties at CONUS locations. The role involves carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishing, testing and installation of secure office spaces, SCIFs and other specialized facilities.

Travel up to 75% is required, including austere and hostile environments; successful candidates will follow safety rules, read blueprints, and work with

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a construction environment required.

Responsibilities

• Execute construction tasks during CONUS and OCONUS construction of specialized government and commercial facilities.
• Assist with and become proficient in the installation and testing of SCIFs and shielded enclosures.
• Perform pre-construction tasks at CONUS locations.
• Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Maintain a professional bearing while working at customer and company locations, including during travel.
