Job summary

Dynamic Group is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of multiple residential rehabilitation and reconstruction projects in the Tampa area. You will ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals while coordinating with homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers.

The role requires 5+ years in residential construction or construction management, with preference for experience on federally funded housing programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction or construction management experience.
• Experience with federally funded housing programs (FEMA, HUD, CDBG-DR) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple job sites concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or BuilderTrend preferred.
• Excellent communication skills — able to work with homeowners, clients, and crews professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with homeowners to explain scope, schedule, and expectations for their projects.
• Manage multiple residential construction sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep work flowing efficiently.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and planning sessions to address progress and issues.
• Facilitate and coordinate utility/service shutdowns and startups as needed.
• Track close-out issues and ensure timely resolution.

Position Summary
