Amentum is seeking a Construction Manager for the CMOE at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. This role supports the Center Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering Contract and reports to the Construction Field Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, submittal reviews, subcontractor coordination, facility access planning, and safety leadership. Travel between facilities may be required with exposure to demanding environments.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a certified Apprenticeship program.
• Minimum of 10 years related Construction experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Mechanical/Process systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct work of others.
• Effective oral and written communication with use of visual aids.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Experience with asphalt, concrete, roofing, structural steel and finishes is a plus.
• Some budget management of labor hours.
