Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer and a unit of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Construction Manager to lead capital projects from planning through completion. You will partner with architects, engineers, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver facilities improvements that support operations and long‑term value.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Specialized depth in own job discipline and cross‑functional expertise expected.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and costs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align projects with operational needs.
• Lead coordination of architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors with focus on quality, schedule and safety.
• Provide timely status updates and facilitate decision‑making among stakeholders.
• Review designs, documents, contracts, change orders, and expenditures for compliance.
• Monitor performance via site visits, milestones, and financial reporting; implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, processes, and vendor performance.
