Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) seeks a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC Hawaii’s Enhanced Use Lease and In-Kind Consideration construction at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. You will provide oversight, QA, technical reviews, and coordination through design, construction, commissioning and closeout.

Responsibilities include RFIs review, QA of contractor QC programs, site inspections, environmental compliance, and weekly status reporting; strong DoD prerequisites, communications,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in architecture or engineering.
• Appropriate construction management experience to independently perform the required services.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary architectural/engineering principles and construction management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Current NAVFAC or USACE CQM certification, or ability to obtain before start.
• Ability to perform site inspections and navigate uneven terrain.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain CAC and background check.

Mansioni

• Review RFIs, coordinate with government experts, and consolidate responses.
• QA the contractor’s quality control program and provide recommendations.
• Review construction plans for constructability and environmental compliance.
• Document field conditions, progress, and deficiencies via reports and notes.
• Prepare weekly status reports and meeting minutes.
• Attend coordination meetings with government representatives and contractors.
• Assist with misHAP investigations and labor standards documentation.
• Support project closeout, warranties, and acceptance letters.
