Responsibilities
  1. Manage construction and project management of multiple complex projects at an international airport.
  2. Monitor execution of technical requirements.
  3. Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications.
  4. Resolve field issues and respond to RFIs.
  5. Act as onsite liaison with contractors and oversee construction progress.
  6. Coordinate activities of contractors, engineers, architects, and related entities.
  7. Manage project controls, costs, schedules, and performance activities.
  8. Conduct project meetings, document outcomes, and track relevant information.
  9. Ensure adherence to safety, performance, and contractual requirements.
  10. Manage project logistics, organization, and safety protocols.
  11. Oversee project closeout, guarantees, warranties, and turnover to owner.
  12. Ensure project team compliance with safety standards.
  13. Perform additional duties to ensure project success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years as a Construction Manager and 3 years supervising staff.
  • Experience with public projects.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with construction estimating, project controls, scheduling, and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously.
  • Registration as Architect, PE, or General Contractor preferred.
  • Certified Construction Manager preferred.
