Job summary

Giga Energy Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead pre-construction and construction activities for data center infrastructure projects, from planning to energization.

You will coordinate with contractors and equipment suppliers, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality work. The role requires guiding multiple projects, traveling to sites as needed, and collaborating with a team building AI data center capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or energy project management; utilities or modular infrastructure preferred.
• Proven experience managing large contractor networks and procurement.
• Strong understanding of permitting, utility coordination, and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and develop the project execution plan.
• Manage budgets, schedules, bid packages, and contractor scopes.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and controls trades.
• Oversee procurement, turn-over requirements, and field documentation processes.
• Maintain integrated construction schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Lead site coordination meetings and drive RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple projects.
