Job summary

A leading energy technology firm is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee complex construction projects for hyperscale AI data center infrastructure in the United States. Responsibilities include managing site development, MEP systems, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years in construction management, particularly with large commercial and industrial projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred).
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build‑out.
• Manage day‑to‑day field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
