As TCE continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced construction leader who can manage at least three crews and ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.The RoleThe Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations across assigned projects and locations. This role directly manages at least three field crews, supports on-site execution, enforces safety and quality standards, and ensures work meets TCE and customer expectations.We are specifically seeking someone with extensive knowledge of Amdocs and Nokia projects and requirements.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands telecommunications construction from the ground up. The Construction Manager must be comfortable working extensively in the field, solving problems, and leading crews.
