Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and construction of tower foundations, shelters, and site compounds.
• Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and other construction equipment.
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Install conduits, grounding systems, rebar cages, and fencing.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following safety procedures.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest and neighboring states; overnight stays may be necessary.
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or site concerns to the Civil Foreman.

This hands-on team is responsible for ground preparation, concrete work, trenching, conduit installation, grounding, and general site cleanup.
