Job summary

Tower Communications Expert (TCE) in Texas seeks an Experienced Civil Technician to support telecom construction, including tower foundations, site development, and grounding. This hands-on role requires travel across Texas and neighboring states.

You will operate basic construction equipment, follow safety procedures, read site plans, and work with crews to deliver projects on time and to TCE quality standards. OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction or civil telecom experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 required or ability to obtain; CDL/First Aid/CPR are a plus.
• Ability to read site plans and follow construction drawings.
• Willingness to travel across Texas and neighboring states.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of tower foundations, shelters, and site compounds.
• Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and other construction equipment.
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Install conduit, grounding systems, rebar cages, and fencing as directed.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Travel to job sites throughout Texas and neighboring states; overnight stays may be necessary.
• Promptly report equipment issues, safety hazards, or site concerns to the Civil Foreman.
