Tower Communications Expert (TCE) is hiring Experienced Civil Technicians for our Midwest projects. Join a safety‑driven team installing tower foundations, shelters, and site compounds, while wiring conduits and grounding systems.

Travel between Midwest sites with occasional overnight stays and contribute to clean, efficient job sites. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction or telecom, read site plans, and can operate light/heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general construction or civil telecom work preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; First Aid/CPR and CDL a plus.
• Basic understanding of concrete, grading, and underground utilities; read site plans and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and construction of tower foundations, shelters, and site compounds.
• Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and other construction equipment.
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Install conduits, grounding systems, rebar cages, and fencing as directed.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest and neighboring states as required. Overnight stays may be necessary.
• Promptly report equipment issues, hazards, or site concerns to the Civil Foreman.

This hands-on team is responsible for ground preparation, concrete work, trenching, conduit installation, grounding, and general site cleanup.
