IAPMO Group in Palm Beach County is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multifamily project management across our growing pipeline, coordinating on-site delivery with development planning. This is an excellent move for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking to shift from a general contractor to the owner/developer side of the industry, with exposure to high-end Florida projects.

Due to growth, they are looking to bring on a Construction Manager to help manage their multifamily projects and pipeline in Palm Beach County. Requirements for the position:

7+ years of experience working with a reputable General Contractor as a Project Manager

4 year degree in construction or related field
