Sanctuary is a real estate developer expanding with a 50+ home project in the Texas Hill Country. We are seeking a punctual, sharp Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for this development and help us deliver high-quality residential homes.

You will reduce build costs, manage schedules and coordinate with a seasoned General Contractor to stay aligned with our standards and priorities. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential or small-scale community builds.
• Knowledge of Texas construction codes, subs, vendors, and logistics.
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills - you run a clean, efficient, no-drama site.
• Comfort working independently with full accountability for jobsite results.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all developer on-site operations for vertical construction.
• Manage day-to-day construction, schedules, and inspections.
• Strategically value-engineer details and scopes to bring costs down.
• Track progress, hit deadlines, and proactively solve problems.
• Partner closely with internal architecture, BIM and product teams to keep things moving.
• Proactively place material orders, identify and solve bottlenecks.

Reduce build cost from $300 to $200 per square foot - without cutting corners - and break ground on 60 homes by the end of 2026.
