Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas LLC is seeking a hardworking Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Charlotte, NC. You will ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget while applying expert building methods to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction management processes, strong leadership, and experience directing diverse teams on complex jobs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Manager.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes.
• Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills.
• Familiar with Excel and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project.
• Coordinate with professionals to determine project specs.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
• Secure permits and licenses.
• Ensure site teams comply with safety regulations.
• Schedule milestones and monitor progress.
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors.
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers.
• Report on progress.
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
