Location: Austin, TX (Relocation Support Available)

Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 + Bonus + Long-Term Growth

We’re supporting a rapidly scaling infrastructure platform delivering next-generation AI and hyperscale data center campuses across Texas.

Due to major project demand, we’re hiring multiple Data Center Construction Managers to lead ground‑up developments and oversee top‑tier General Contractors on complex, high‑value builds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading ground‑up data center construction projects from early‑stage through delivery
• Managing and holding General Contractors accountable across schedule, cost, and quality
• Driving construction strategy across multiple phases of hyperscale developments
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across design, commercial, and delivery
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with mission‑critical performance standards
