Job description

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager III with a strong background in industrial construction, E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation), and turnaround projects. The ideal candidate will support engineering, construction execution, safety, contractor management, and startup activities in a process plant environment.

30 hours/week standard (40 hours/week during turnaround, etc. with pre-approval)

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of Construction Management experience in industrial/process plants.
• Strong experience with Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects.
• Experience supporting FEED, Engineering, Construction, and Startup phases.
• Ability to review P&IDs, IFC drawings, panel/cabinet drawings, and construction packages.
• Experience leading contractors, construction crews, and safety meetings.
• Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), instrumentation, transmitters, and control valves.
• Experience working during plant outages/turnarounds is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Required

• 8–15+ years of industrial construction management experience.
• Hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) background.
• Experience in chemical, refinery, oil & gas, LNG, or industrial process plants.
• Ability to manage contractors and field construction activities.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, instrumentation, control valves, transmitters, and construction drawings.
• Experience with turnarounds, shutdowns, and startup support.

• Ability to coordinate with engineering, project managers, vendors, and construction teams.
