Job summary

Bullpen is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to lead major multifamily renovation and adaptive-reuse projects across New Jersey. You will serve as the owner’s representative from preconstruction through completion, coordinating general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to move complex renovations forward.

The role requires strong field problem-solving, independent work, and experience with redevelopment, multifamily or hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–15+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Strong technical understanding of construction.
• Experience with renovation, repositioning or adaptive‑reuse projects.
• Multifamily, residential or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with a developer, owner’s representative or general contractor.
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, budgets and schedules.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently.
• Construction Management degree, OSHA 30 or PMP certification is a plus.

Location and Travel

Candidates should be based in New Jersey or the Philadelphia metro area. The position requires approximately 50% travel, with an expectation of spending two to three days per week at project sites.
