Job summary

52X Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the execution of ground-up multifamily residential developments across New Jersey. This senior leadership role focuses on construction execution, site operations, schedule, budget, quality, and coordination with general contractors and project teams on active sites.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12 years of on-site construction experience with a proven track record delivering stick-over-platform / 5-over-1 multifamily

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of construction, development, or general contracting experience.
• Direct experience delivering stick-over-platform / 5-over-1 multifamily residential projects is required.
• Strong site management and field operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple ground-up multifamily developments across New Jersey from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
• Manage and hold general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project partners accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and overall execution.
• Provide hands-on oversight of stick-over-platform / 5-over-1 construction, including podium construction, wood framing, building envelope, MEP systems, interiors, and finishes.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively identify schedule, cost, coordination, and constructibility issues.
• Lead regular project and site meetings and ensure outstanding issues are resolved efficiently.
• Review project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and other construction documentation.
• Partner with development, design, and preconstruction teams to provide construction input during the planning and design phases.
• Assist with contractor selection, scope development, bid review, procurement, and buyout.
• Oversee project closeout, punch list, turnover, and delivery to property management and operations teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with senior leadership regarding project progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Help establish and maintain construction standards and best practices across the developer's growing portfolio.

A New Jersey-based real estate developer is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the execution of ground-up multifamily residential developments throughout New Jersey. This individual will play a key leadership role across multiple projects, with a particular focus on construction execution, site operations, schedule, budget, quality, and coordination with general contractors and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 8–12 years of construction experience and a strong track record delivering stick-over-platform / 5-over-1 multifamily residential projects. This role requires someone with meaningful on-site construction and site management experience who understands how these projects are built from the ground up and can effectively represent the developer in the field.
