Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a seasoned Pharmaceutical Engineering Projects and Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for multiple projects in Manchester, NH. Monitor contractors for PPE, safety compliance, and issue safety permits.

Work with the CADD group to redline drawings, update as-builts, and assemble TOP package documents. Ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications; coordinate change controls with Quality.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering projects and construction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of change controls and GMP manufacturing practices.
• BS in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site construction management for multiple projects, PPE and safety compliance, assisting with issuing safety permits and handling day to day construction questions.
• Escalating concerns and discussing with manager or other stakeholders as required.
• Working with stakeholders to schedule construction related activities and communicate outages to affected parties.
• Redline drawings for as-building and work with CADD group to get drawings updated, request new drawings etc.
• Work with CADD group to assemble TOP package docs.
• Ensure construction work is proceeding on schedule, and work is being performed in a high-quality manner according to the drawings and project specifications.
• Change controls working with Quality group to draft change controls and gain stakeholder alignment.
• Gather pricing and assist with scoping upcoming projects.
• Work with vendors to specify and gather budgetary pricing for new equipment as needed.
