Vezha Telecom LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee telecommunications projects across multiple regions. You will lead field crews, manage schedules, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant delivery.

The role requires hands-on site work and office coordination, travel across assigned territories, and strong documentation. A proven track record with major carriers and excellent stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with major carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.).
• Ability to lead multiple field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecommunications projects and field operations.
• Coordinate schedules, resources and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reports and closeout packages.
• Interface with carriers, clients and vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform or supervise testing (OTDR, fiberscopes, sweeps, PIM).

Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects.

Locations: Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven experience working with major carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others.
• Team Leadership: Strong experience in managing and coordinating multiple field crews.
• Project Management: Ability to manage the workflow and project execution both on the job site and from the office as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Document Control: Tracking, receiving, and submitting required project documentation and closeouts.
• Testing Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on ability to work with testing equipment for fiber optic and RF cables, including performing OTDR tests, Fiberscope tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, and more.
• Willingness to Travel: Readiness for long work days and constant travel across the assigned regions.

Position details: We offer flexible employment options: you can choose to work with us either as a subcontractor (1099) or as a W-2 employee. Compensation details will be discussed later during the application process.
