Job description

Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects.

Locations: Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience working with major carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others.
• Team Leadership: Strong experience in managing and coordinating multiple field crews.
• Project Management: Ability to manage the workflow and project execution both on the job site and from the office as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Document Control: Tracking, receiving, and submitting required project documentation and closeouts.
• Testing Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on ability to work with testing equipment for fiber optic and RF cables, including performing OTDR tests, Fiberscope tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, and more.
• Willingness to Travel: Readiness for long work days and constant travel across the assigned regions.
