Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Manager to provide owner's representative services for a multi-year portfolio of projects within the existing VA Medical Center campus in Kerrville, Texas. This position will support ongoing new construction, renovation, and operational project assignments in active healthcare environments. The role requires full-time, on-site presence and close coordination with VA staff, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
