We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager in Indianapolis for our Spec Division!

This position pays $70k, based on experience & education. Responsible for supervising large-scale construction roofing projects.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems is highly preferred.
• Must have experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership skills, interpersonal communication, ability to problem solve, and organizational skills.
