Insight Global is seeking 2 OSP Project Managers for a major telecommunication contractor. This role involves managing multiple fiber construction projects in the Metro-Atlanta area supporting leading telecom carriers. Responsibilities include:

• Managing splicing vendors to expedite fiber optic splicing and testing.
• Validating routing, fiber counts, hut spacing, and project requirements.
• Coordinating access to customer and network points of presence.
• Providing technical expertise in fiber optic splicing and testing.
• Collaborating on project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with scheduling and notification processes.
• Interfacing with customers, subcontractors, and authorities; requiring travel.
• Overseeing procurement and managing material stock.
• Identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
• Planning construction resources and managing RFPs and contracts.
• Ensuring timely, on-budget delivery according to standards.

Must haves:

• 5-7+ years in telecom, specifically OSP design or field engineering.
• Experience forecasting project information.
• Experience with permitting and testing parameters.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of fiber and optical network design.
• Managing multiple projects and RFPs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 7-year driving record.
• Basic skills in AutoCAD, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read construction and splicing documents.
