Job summary

Mindlance is looking for a Sr. Construction Manager (Aerial) to supervise aerial line construction across multiple sites in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact among field crews, project managers, engineers, and construction management teams, guaranteeing adherence to safety and quality standards.

This is a full-time contract position for 2 years, based in Berwyn, PA. Applicants should have over 10 years of experience in aerial line construction and a strong understanding of industry standards and safety protocols.

Location: Various job sites (Office based in Berwyn, PA)

Job Type: Contract – 2 Years

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), primarily Monday–Friday; occasional nights and weekends based on crew schedules.
