Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing contractors and vendors, monitoring construction progress, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, preparing and managing project budgets, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and collaborate effectively with vendors.


• Expertise in Budgeting and Project Control to ensure projects are financially sound and stay on schedule.


• Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards, with the ability to maintain compliance and address safety concerns.


• Experience in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.


• Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in construction management software is an asset.


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
