Job summary

Arlington County is seeking a Construction Management Specialist to join the Engineering Bureau, serving as the Project Officer responsible for inspecting and overseeing contracted work on construction sites for capital improvement, stormwater, and utility projects. This employee will also manage construction contracts and act as a liaison to project managers.

Construction projects include capital projects being built by the County and infrastructure projects impacting the County right-of-way.
