Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist site superintendents with management of the structural shell construction.
• Verify working deck is ready for inspection by threshold and other inspectors.
• Coordinate and communicate among subcontractors and site superintendents on the working deck.
• Verify Owner’s concrete testing company observes pours, performs slump tests, and documents pours.
• Spot check control lines, railing block-outs, and water availability for pours.
• Assist with coordination of framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subs on the clubhouse.
