Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to join our Mesa, AZ team for the summer. You will assist with the design, analysis, and documentation of civil projects, from site development to transportation and utilities, gaining exposure to real client work.

The role offers mentorship from experienced engineers and opportunities for future entry-level positions, with hands-on experience and professional development throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and analysis of civil projects including roadways, drainage, and site development.
• Use CAD software to create plan sheets, details, and figures.
• Prepare technical specs, engineering reports, and cost estimates.
• Conduct field inspections and collect project data.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, architects, contractors, and public agencies.
• Support project meetings and documentation.
