You will rotate through Pre-Construction, Production, and Field Operations, receiving virtual professional development training and bi-weekly mentorship to grow both personally and professionally.

You will gain hands-on experience with proposal and budgeting, drawings review, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project documentation while collaborating

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Pre-Construction, Production, and Field Operations to gain exposure to the project lifecycle.
• Assist with proposal reviews, budgeting, and subcontractor scope clarifications.
• Support bidding, buyout, and subcontractor selection processes.
• Gain exposure to permitting, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Participate in daily site walks, safety practices, and project closeout activities.
