• Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Pre-Construction, Production, and Field Operations.
• Learn proposal and budgeting processes; review drawings and perform conceptual estimating.
• Assist with bidding, buyout, and subcontractor selection; gain exposure to permitting and project documentation.
• Attend pre-construction meetings with trades; participate in daily site walks and subcontractor meetings.
• Track project documentation and contribute to closeout.
