Stfrancis in Estero, FL is offering a student internship focused on Project Management and Field Operations within our construction teams.

You will support day-to-day project coordination, document control, safety procedures, and site inspections while gaining exposure to real-world projects and networking events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Liberal Arts will be considered.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to prioritize and multi-task.
