Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Project Management
  • Understand day-to-day business and financial management on projects.
  • Support the project team with coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Field Operations
  • Assist field supervision with safety procedures, project and trade partner coordination, verification of field conditions, and quality control.
  • Participate in the Summer Speaker series, internship events, jobsite tours, and networking opportunities.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Liberal Arts considered.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Success managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourcefulness with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask.
