UEC in Estero, FL invites rising juniors and seniors to join our internship program focused on Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and related fields. You will support project management and field operations on real projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with coordination, safety procedures, material tracking, document control, and progress reporting, while developing communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Liberal Arts will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Project Management
  • Understand day-to-day business and financial management on projects.
  • Support the project team with coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Field Operations
  • Assist field supervision with safety procedures, project and trade partner coordination, verification of field conditions, and quality control.
  • Participate in the Summer Speaker series, internship events, jobsite tours, and networking opportunities.

About You
